研究方向:

一直从事将基因工程化噬菌体纳米生物材料应用于肿瘤治疗、肿瘤检测、生物矿化和干细胞诱导分化等研究。近五年,在Nature Nanotechnology, Advanced Materials等国际主流期刊发表噬菌体领域SCI论文17篇(含中科院一区论文8篇),累计引用700余次。研究工作被ScienceNature Reviews BioengineeringNature ProtocolsScience AdvancesChemical ReviewsChemical Society Reviews等学科顶级期刊正面他引。应聘人获中国发明专利授权2项、美国发明专利授权1项。加入吉林大学基础医学院后,本课题组将开展如下研究:

1. 基于噬菌体展示与人工智能的高特异性亲和肽发现(如蛋白质受体、纳米颗粒、肿瘤和生理性屏障等);

2. 工程化噬菌体介导的肿瘤精准治疗(如饥饿治疗、免疫治疗、光动力治疗、光热治疗等);

3. 基于工程化噬菌体的肿瘤疫苗研发;

4. 工程化噬菌体在干细胞定向分化中的应用

5. 人工智能联合合成生物学研究耐药菌治疗;
