科研教学简介

2023年以德国博士最高荣誉(Summa cum laude)获得德国慕尼黑大学自然科学博士学位,并被授予慕尼黑大学化学与药剂学学院Römer-Preise荣誉。主要研究方向为核酸损伤应答与修复机制,以第一及共同第一作者身份在CellMolecular CellNucleic Acids Research等国际知名期刊发表高水平论文3篇,并参与在Nature Cell BiologyNature Communications等期刊发表学术论文7篇。20245月受聘于吉林大学 “唐敖庆青年学者”岗位,入职以来先后入选吉林大学“优秀青年培育计划”、吉林大学“培英计划”以及吉林省“长白英才计划”。拟围绕以下科学问题开展研究工作:

1. 探究DNA/RNA损伤诱导的细胞应激反应及其修复机制;

2. 探究DNA/RNA损伤的病理生理学意义,重点关注其在肿瘤治疗耐受、心肌毒性及肺纤维化中的作用;

3. 探究RNAylation修饰在病原体感染真核细胞过程中的作用机制及宿主响应,阐明RNAylation在病原体致病中的功能。
